Gilad is a perfect example of how business should be done. Quote received via email within 10 minutes followed by a phone call after asking permission. He was very patient with listening to my garage door problem and promptly advised what he thought the problem was. Was able to be at my location within three hours and called to advise when he was on his way with an estimated time of arrival. Respectful, courteous and clean. Explained everything he was doing and provided instruction on how we could do it ourselves and proper maintenance. With the headaches of ignorance and lack of customer service these,days, Gilad is a breath of fresh air and my garage door is fixed! I highly recommend Gilad.
