I Called GK1 this morning at around 9:30 a.m. and spoke to Gilad himself, not a voicemail. My garage door opener just totally gave up on me yesterday. Needless to say, I needed a new garage door ASAP because it’s already getting cold. It was my lucky Monday, Gilad was at my house in 2 hours, and another 2 hours after, he had a new Liftmaster installed. Mind you, he worked out there in this cold weather nonstop until done and he walked me through the operations of this new unit.
I appreciate Gilad accommodating me in such a short notice and for doing a thorough job on my garage door.
